Trails & access

Get across your own land.

Reopen blocked old roads and create the trails, lanes, and hunting access that make a property easy to walk, drive, and enjoy — without clearing more than you need to.

What it is

Routes that make the land usable.

Access work opens the corridors that connect a property — old roads grown back over, walking paths, UTV and tractor lanes, hunting lanes, and fence lines. We clear a clean route while leaving the surrounding woods intact.

It is lighter-touch work than full clearing: we cut a defined path, keep the trees that frame it, and leave you with ground you can actually move across.

Common projects

What trails and access work covers.

Old road reopening

Clear the brush and fallen growth out of roads and lanes that have disappeared over time.

UTV & tractor lanes

Open routes wide and clear enough for the equipment you actually use on the property.

Hunting access

Create shooting lanes and quiet access paths into hunting ground without disturbing the area.

Fence-line clearing

Open a usable corridor to repair existing fences or install new ones.

Walking trails

Cut clear, gentle paths through the woods for walking, hiking, and enjoying the land.

Driveway & site access

Prepare the route into a future homesite or work area.

How we work

From overgrown to open.

Share where you want to get to, and any old roads or paths that used to be there. Photos help.

We walk the line

We mark the corridor and check access, grade, and what should stay standing along the way.

The path is cleared

Brush and small growth are removed to open the route, keeping the trees that frame it.

You move freely

The property is easier to walk, drive, hunt, and maintain from end to end.

Trails and access questions.

Can you reopen old roads and lanes?

Yes. Clearing the brush and fallen growth out of old roads and lanes is one of the most common access jobs we do.

How wide should a trail be?

It depends on how you will use it. A walking path can be narrow, while a UTV or tractor lane needs more clearance. We size the route to your equipment and use.

Do you build UTV and ATV trails?

Yes. We open and clear routes for UTVs, ATVs, and tractors, keeping the corridor wide and clear enough for the equipment you run.

Can you make hunting and shooting lanes?

Yes. We clear quiet access paths and shooting lanes that let you move through hunting ground without disturbing it more than necessary.

Do you clear fence lines?

Yes. We open a usable corridor along existing fence lines for repair or along property lines for new fencing.
